Highway Safety Management (HSM) was founded in Suffolk in 2013, with the aim of providing high quality, cost-effective traffic management services.

Since then we have grown significantly and we now have three depots across the south east of the country. With our Essex depot being located minutes from the Dartford crossing we have great access into north and south London and the South of England.

Our extensive experience, in-depth knowledge and expertise enables us to provide a first-rate service to some of the country’s most well-known utility companies and a diverse range of highways industry clients.

Ensuring that our clients' needs are met is our number one priority, and we are committed to ensuring that all our clients receive consistent and quality services, this is backed by our ISO 9001 2015 Accreditation, and being Achilles UVDB verified. Our ability to deliver what clients want has taken the company from strength to strength.

We're always looking at ways we can develop, and with this in mind, in 2021 we achieved a huge milestone in gaining our Scottish Qualification Authority (SQA) accreditation. This means we have official training centre status, with us being qualified to instruct and assess unit 2 and 10 of the New Roads and Street Works Act (NRSA).

Unlike many other traffic management companies, HSM’s management team has worked from the ground up which means their understanding, knowledge and experience is second to none.
