Our dedicated in-house planning and design team is the engine room of HSM, and it’s from here that we provide surveys, designs, quotations and project management services. We work closely with local authorities and Highways England to ensure a smooth transition from the initial job request to getting the job on the road.
To design and plan works we use the latest software, created by the leading traffic engineering and software experts. And all our plans are designed under the guidelines set out in the Safety at Street Works and Road Works: A Code of Practice/National Highways Sector Scheme and the Chapter 8 manuals.
From your first point of contact an experienced member of the team will be on hand to have an initial chat with you and then a dedicated officer will work with you through the planning and delivery.
